  Why and How to Know Yourself CONTEXT We live in a society that is fast-paced and continually changing. There is an overabundance of stimulation from professional projects, personal responsibilities, advertisements, social media, entertainment, and more.  Every year there are important advances in science and technologies that lead to innovative products and services.
